We are looking for a baker with experience in artisan bread production and handmade artisan baked goods. Experience is necessary, as well as the ability to work and organize production and ordering. The right baker should be able to prepare our great sourdough breads as well as pastry goods such as cookie doughs, sponges, cakes and pastries. Working hours will predominantly be between 5am to 1pm with flexibility as required. This is a 40 hour/week position based on hourly pay with all overtime paid.
